Upon each renewal, the payment method on file will be charged for the subscription fee and any applicable tax on the corresponding calendar day. Users agree to update payment information when necessary. The timing of billing may be changed, especially if the payment method fails to settle.
If located in a region where consumer sales tax applies, the company will collect and remit the tax to the proper authorities. Depending on the location, taxes may be included in the displayed price or added during checkout.
Payments for all fees are processed through secure third-party payment processors, accepting various methods detailed on the payment screen. Information provided to payment processors is not stored by the company and is subject to their privacy policies and terms. Third-party processors may charge processing fees, for which the company bears no responsibility.
Enrollment via a gift card or scholarship does not require providing a payment method. Such subscriptions will end automatically at the period's conclusion. To continue beyond that period, users must enroll in an automatically renewing subscription and provide payment information.
The company reserves the right to introduce new products or services or modify existing ones. Additional charges may apply for new products or services.
Changes to subscription terms, including pricing, may occur from time to time, effective at the beginning of the next billing period. Users will receive advance notice of these changes, except for changes in applicable taxes. To reject a price change or subscription plan alteration, users can cancel before the change takes effect.
Price adjustments may result from various factors, such as content acquisition costs, market conditions, or tax rate changes.

  • By placing an order for Paid Services, users are offered the opportunity to review the order before purchase. A confirmation email marks the formation of the contract between the user and the company for the relevant Paid Service.

  • Subscription-based Paid Services offer various subscription periods for user selection, with payment made in advance.
  • For automatically renewing subscription-based Paid Services, the user's credit card will be charged at the end of each subscription period, unless canceled.
  • Promotions and free offers may be introduced, subject to additional terms or restrictions, and are non-transferable among users.
  • Users should note that advance payments will not be refunded, unless explicitly stated otherwise in these Paid Services terms or agreed upon with the company.
  • Users have the right to cancel a purchase and request a refund within the first 14 working days following the initial purchase, with payment for utilized services required if cancellation occurs after service usage.
The company retains the right to suspend or terminate access to Paid Services if:
  • The user breaches these Paid Services Terms or acts inconsistently with them; or
  • The company suspends or terminates the user's account or Service usage for any reason.

(6) Terms for Payment Reimbursement

You have the flexibility to cancel your Company membership at any time, for any reason. However, if you cancel before the current subscription period ends, we will not refund any fees already paid, except in specific circumstances outlined in our Refund Policy. To cancel your recurring subscription, please access your payment settings within your Company account profile. Upon cancellation, you will lose access to all products enrolled in during your membership, effective at the end of your billing period. Should you decide to re-subscribe, your billing date will reset to the day of payment. If your subscription is managed through a third-party account, you may need to cancel via that third party.
We strive to make our cancellation and refund process as transparent and user-friendly as possible, ensuring a seamless experience for our members.

(7) Cease of Service Usage

Without prejudice to any other rights we have under these Terms of Use, if you breach these Terms in any manner, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you have breached these Terms, we reserve the right to temporarily or permanently restrict your access to our site. This may include blocking access from computers using your IP address. We reserve the discretion to take necessary actions to uphold and enforce these Terms of Use.
